The Master’s programmes offered by the Department of Architecture at the University of Florence are postgraduate courses designed to develop new competencies in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes. Conceived to combine theoretical knowledge with a predominantly practical focus, they aim to meet specific training needs identified by the labour market. They are designed for students as well as for professionals who feel the need to upgrade their skills. Admission requirements vary depending on the type of Master’s programme and may be open to holders of a three-year degree, a specialist degree or a degree under the old system.
